Ivan G. Most presents at the Teaching Professor Technology Conference

Ivan G. Most, Sc.D., P.E., adjunct associate professor for the School of Community and Population Health, recently presented at the Teaching Professor Technology Conference in Denver, Colorado.

The presentation discussed how to include scheduled activity in an asynchronous academic program, and was jointly authored with Denise Bisaillon, Ed.D., associate dean of public health at Southern New Hampshire University. There were more than 50 participants in the session.

The purpose of the three-day conference was to examine how technology is changing the way educators teach and students learn, while emphasizing the most effective techniques. More than 600 educators from all over the U.S. and Canada attended to discuss how online and blended courses can be improved.
