Did you know that over 20% of food served on campus by Parkhurst comes from sustainable and ethical sources? And we have an agreement with Gulf of Maine Research Institute to purchase at least 35% of yearly seafood from New England waters from Point Judith to Gulf of Maine.  We also do not purchase red-listed fish and seafood products identified by Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch.
