Local Food Vendor Fair
Did you know that over 20% of food served on campus by Parkhurst comes from sustainable and ethical sources? And we have an agreement with Gulf of Maine Research Institute to purchase at least 35% of yearly seafood from New England waters from Point Judith to Gulf of Maine. We also do not purchase red-listed fish and seafood products identified by Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch. Come learn more about the Know Your Source purchasing policy and their Forged Partner program. Local vendors will showcase their products, which will also be featured in the menu offerings.
