AI in Action at UNE: Faculty Fellows Showcase
Generative AI is rapidly changing higher education, and, at UNE, our faculty are helping shape what thoughtful and innovative use of these tools can look like in teaching and learning.
Members of the Â鶹´«Ã½community are invited to attend the “AI in Action at UNE: Faculty Fellows Showcase,â€ featuring the work of UNE’s 2025–2026 AI Faculty Fellows.
November 18, 2:00–3:30 p.m.
Alfond Center for Arts and Sciences, Room 106, Biddeford Campus
Faculty Fellows have spent the past year exploring how generative AI can enhance teaching, learning, and the student experience. During this showcase, they will share examples of their work, what they have learned, and ideas that colleagues can adapt or build upon in their own teaching.
Whether you are already experimenting with AI or are simply curious about its possibilities, this is an opportunity to learn directly from colleagues, exchange ideas, and consider together how Â鶹´«Ã½can use these emerging technologies in ways that strengthen the exceptional educational experience provided to Â鶹´«Ã½students.
The program will include brief faculty presentations followed by discussion, refreshments, and time to connect with colleagues.
